DISRUPTION TO ASSESSMENT SERVICES: Assessment services for educational purposes are currently on hold until further notice. For current clients, feedbacks may be scheduled via videoconference or on the telephone once all the information has been received and the testing portion of the assessment has been completed. Alternatively, arrangements can be made once the report is written or regular hours and in-person services have returned. Initial intakes, brief consultations, and diagnostic assessments will continue to be available via videoconferencing, telepsychology, and other electronic measures of assessment. Please contact the clinic for further details.
TEMPORARY SERVICE CHANGES: In response to the COVID-19 virus and recommendations made by medical experts, the CPBS clinic has temporarily shut down all in-person services. The clinic understands and supports the medical community and essential workers during this difficult time by engaging in social distancing to help “flatten the curve.” At the same time, it is also important to recognize that psychological services will also be greatly needed to help manage new, acute and crisis situations that may arise in the meantime. As a result, additional services have been added to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients and the community, particularly during this stressful time when services are not ideal at the office location. The clinic will resume face-to-face therapy services once this crisis is over.
